📦 Return Guidelines

Currently, we do not offer pick-up services. Customers need to send the product manually through any courier service.

To request a return, email us at info.cotiq@gmail.com with your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for return.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products priced ₹99 and below are not eligible for refund or return.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the return address and instructions.
🧥 Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back with the original tags and packaging.

Any product received in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
📮 Return Shipping

Customers must bear all costs related to returning the product, including courier charges and any applicable taxes.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, COTIQ will bear the return shipping cost (with proof through opening video).
🏷️ Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
💰 Refund Timeline

After your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10–15 working days.
